A few quick fixes for keeping your shelf cozy.

The camera is unavailable

Open Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera and allow access for PlushDex. You can always select a photo from your library instead.

Identification did not work

Check your internet connection and try a clear, well-lit photo with the plushie centered in the frame. You can still add the plushie and enter its details manually.

My collection disappeared

Collection data is stored on the device. Confirm that you are using the same app installation and have not removed the app or erased the device.
